Course Maintenance and Improvements: Summer 2025

At Espiche Golf, we are committed to providing excellent playing conditions all year round. As part of this commitment, we would like to inform you of some important course maintenance and improvement projects that will be taking place this summer.

Hollow Coring of Greens: June 30 – July 3
The next greens hollow coring work will take place from June 30 to July 3. This vital maintenance process helps to:

• – Improve drainage

• – Reduce soil compaction

• – Stimulate healthy root growth

While this work may cause some short-term disruption, the long-term benefits to the quality of the greens and playability are substantial. We thank you in advance for your understanding and support during this period.

Improvement Highlights

Irrigation System Improvement
We are currently installing Rain Bird’s state-of-the-art IC system. This advanced irrigation solution will dramatically improve our water and energy efficiency, increasing sustainability and keeping the turf healthy all year round.

Fleet Renewal
Our equipment renewal plan is underway. We are updating the oldest machines on the course and are pleased to announce that four new electric buggies will be available from July 2025.

Course Accessibility
We continue to expand our buggy paths, with new sections being added to improve access and flow across the course. These improvements will increase both convenience and preservation of the course.
