A changing and accommodating design
Our primary focus was to make this hotel as accommodating as possible depending on the demand of our guests
The units have been cleverly designed enabling them to be divided into alternative layouts depending on the clients demand or the Hotels booking needs.
A one bedroom unit can be transformed into two suites and a two bedroom unit is transformable into three suites.
This changeable chameleon design is able to accommodate varying demands from Its clientele, enabling it to offer families a two bedroom or three bedroom unit, to varying subdivisions layouts for golfers, weddings and conferences .Sustainable Technologies
A building designed to produce self-sufficient energy
The latest technologies will be utilised in the construction of the buildings. A large part of the roofs surface is used for the housing of the solar pv and solar panels, supplying energy to the LED circulatory and hot water. There is also a roof terrace surrounded by a green roof which will help in benefiting the units cooling, visual impact and add to the clients well being.
These units are able to harvest and produce a self-sufficient energy from their Solar PV panels, the excessive energy that is created is then stored in the Tesla Powerwall system or similar for times of need.
The design also incorporates a link to the National Energy grid, giving a two way system of use or return to grid.
